Gauntlets, Flying, 1933 Pattern. size 9. Australian manufactured variant of these early war gauntlets. Virtually identical to their RAF counterpart but the leather is a little thicker, they have black linings and Australian made zips. The leather is generally in good supple condition and the colour match is also very good. There is some wear, most obviously on the fingers but no significant issues or damage. Both original brass 'ZIPP' brand zips are in good working condition and retain original leather puller tabs. A very good used pair of gloves. Stock code CWG-1.
