Gauntlets, Flying, 1933 Pattern. Stores reference 22c/265/270. Size 8.5. The leather is excellent showing only light use and wear. There is minor abrasion at the finger tips and cuff ends but nothing of significance. The gloves are clean, supple and a reasonably good colour match with nice clear Air Ministry King's crown and A.I.D. markings inside. Unusually they have exact matching contract numbers and a clear 1940 date. Very good brass 'Lightning' zips - both complete with leather pull tabs. A very nice pair of these Battle of Britain period gloves. Stock code GA20234.
