Stores reference 22c/449.  Size 1.  The leather fair overall condition.  Much is good and supple but there are areas with surface peeling and flaking, all clearly visible in the photographs.  Fitted with 4 goggle straps in good condition although three of the press studs have lost most of their original coating.  Very good Bennett buckle and chinstrap complete with metal end tip.  The original rubber receiver carriers are both very good.  Light to average even soiling to the lining and no damage.  It has faint size markings and ink stamped AID marks with August 194(1?) date. Embossed Air Ministry King's crown marks and reference codes on the flaking leather of the chin tab.  Sold unwired.  Fair '+' used overall.  Stock code H17731.
