Mask tube assembly, Mk.4. Stores reference 6D/1193. Scarce oxygen tube specially designed for use with the Type G and H oxygen masks and an emergency bail-out supply. Essentially the same as a standard tube with an additional smaller bayonet fitting at 90 degrees for the oxygen supply that would have been housed within a pocket on the parachute pack. The main Mk.IV bayonet fitting and cadmium plated clothing clip is fitted at the end as usual. The tube has minor cracking within the folds of the rubber but remains very sound and flexible. As used by aircrew operating at higher altitudes included photo-reconnaissance pilots. Very good '+' / excellent used condition and rare to find. Stock code O25200.
