Stores reference 6D/644. Size medium. The rubber is a little soiled but remains supple and the overall shape is good. However, the mask has quite extensive surface crazing and some cracking around the inspiration valve and microphone. There are also some (failed) glued repairs on the nosewire (which appears to have been replaced). The mask edges are complete and free from cracks. The harness is stretched and has lost elasticity but retains some colour and has the early figure of eight type mask clip. Lined in very clean tan suede. The mask is fitted with a type 48 microphone assembly (type 25 microphone, loom and socket). Note that the mask has been dusted with chalk at some point for conservation purposes but this can be removed with a clean paintbrush. Not without problems but a reasonable display example.
