Stores reference 6D/645. Size small. The facepiece is reasonably clean, retains excellent overall shape, and the rubber is good and flexible without serious damage. There is a small split at the nose and cracks at the nosewire and harness retaining lugs, inspiration valve etc, but these do not detract too much. The harness webbing is faded and stretched with no elasticity remaining. Surprisingly it retains two original rubber bands. Lined in very clean pearl grey suede. The mask is fitted with a type 48 microphone assembly with an anti-freeze gauze plate (type 25 microphone, loom and socket), all in excellent condition. A good mask that displays very well.
