Ref. 731. Pair of chromed steel 'loops' used to attach the Observer parachute pack to the harness clips. One end joins to the clips whilst the other is attached to the parachute canopy rigging lines. These are heavily tarnished with some pitting and corrosion. In addition, each loop has had a slot cut out of them to render them unserviceable. That said, they can be used for display to fix a pack to a harness. The cut sections being inserted into the pack, thus being invisible when used. Extremely difficult to obtain yet necessary if you want to attach your pack to a harness. Priced in pairs. The photos show a representative pair. Spotted the deliberate mistake?
