Stores reference 5c/1551. 12/24 volt. White metal chartboard lamp as used in wartime bombers. Integral spring clamp. Highly adjustable for the perfect position. Fitted with a bakelite type 'G' dimmer switch (stores reference 5c/726). The metal lamp frame is in good condition but would benefit from a clean. The spring clip retains excellent tension and the wiring loom is ragged where it enters the dimmer switch. Main loom/plug absent. Used in conjunction with the navigators' wooden chartboards.
