British Official / Air Ministry photograph, approximately 24 x 19cm.  It shows a Flying Officer enjoying a rest in his mess after a 'scrap' with a Dornier.  'A Dundee flying officer who, whilst flying at 19,000' with another aircraft of his squadron, sighted a Dornier and, after his colleague had first engaged the enemy, attacked and saw the Dornier dive away with one engine out of action to 2,000'.  It is thought that the Dornier must have crashed inside the German frontier'.  Captioned to the rear and dated 25 April 1940.  A little dog eared around the edges.  Stock code P22873-255.
