Large format target photograph taken at 19,000' from Lancaster 'R' 622 Squadron piloted by Flight Sergeant Bruce as part of a 133 strong 3 Group raid on the Alma Pluto benzol plant at Gelsenkirchen. The bomb load can be clearly seen dropping over the target. Printed on Air Ministry photographic paper. Rather creased with some edge damage and a couple of taped repairs. Stock code P27183-52.
