Olive drab rubberized cotton pouch approximately 15 x 15 x 3cm. Printed on both sides with a list of contents including Ampoules Syringe, Anti-Burn Mittens, Anti-Burn Jelly In 1oz Tube, Large Wound Dressing and Safety Pin. Clear Air Ministry markings. The pack was opened by tearing at the corner via two tabs. This example has been cut open but remains complete with full contents. The 1943 dated ampoules have been squeezed empty and come with the paper tags which would have been tied to the patient when administered. Some soiling but otherwise in very good overall condition. Carried by each airman, this has the same contents as the slightly later MK.III but is listed slightly differently on the pouch. Stock code S19472.
