Stores reference L23/5116. By Victorlite. Rare Australian version of the classic 'snail' whistle often seen hanging from the 1941 pattern Mae West in period photographs. This one is constructed from black plastic. It has manufacturer's details/logo to one side and is marked 'R.A.A.F. L23/5116' on the reverse. Shows use and light wear but in very good working condition. Stock code RAAF1.
