Stores reference 5A/2728. Manufactured by the General Electric Company. The correct 2-piece 'torch' for the 1941 pattern Mae West. The cylindrical metal battery container has a few dents, some soiling and paint loss but remains in fairly good condition with War Department broad arrow and reference marks. It also retains the somewhat ragged original G.E.C. label, dated March 1943. The wooden floating section is good and retains both bulb and domed cover. Unusually, the wiring is in excellent flexible condition without cracking or loss of the rubber covering - perhaps re-wired at some stage? Good /good '+' used condition. Stock code MWNIV.
