Stores ref. 22c/93. Full set of three pads. These are the first pattern pads for the 1941 Mae West produced using a proofed/rubberized cotton (internally) similar to those used in the 1932 pattern. Kapok filled. All clearly marked with stores numbers and King's Crown Air Ministry stamp. Each Mae West had two side pads and another smaller pad for the neck area. Generally in excellent condition although with fairly minor stains and a small hole near the end of one side pad (see photos). Extremely rare to find, these earlier pads are normally associated with the 'Flap Type' variant of the 1941 Mae West. Guaranteed original. Stock code MW18758.
