Stores reference 22c/72. Grey rubberized cotton stole for the 1941 pattern Mae West. The material is generally quite good and reasonably flexible but there is some stiffening and it isn't completely pliable. It is also rather crumpled but fairly clean. The oral inflation tube is quite flexible and the valve opens and closes freely. Not fitted with a circlip, inflation lever or CO2 bottle but these are all available to purchase separately. War department broad arrow marked with 6/45 manufacture date mark. It is doubtful if this would inflate. A fair late war example. Stock code MW22748.
