'Life-saving Waistcoat, Stole Inflated'. Stores reference 22c/447. Size medium. The cloth is in excellent undamaged condition. It retains good strong colour and is generally clean with only light marking and small stains. The Mae West has all leg straps, both grab handles, tying tapes and original buttons, inflation lever pocket, lifeline and toggle, skull cap/heliograph pocket and fluorescene flap/strap. The floatation lamp pocket is complete but does have some small fray holes in the 'lid' and where that is attached - see photographs. Excellent original Air Ministry D-o-T zip. Labelled.
