The wartime 'escape' pattern flying boot. Approximately size 8. The suede uppers are excellent with only a little rubbing and soiling. Both Air Ministry marked zips are good and the shoe sections are equally good. The original soles and heels are worn, notably the heel of the right boot and toe of the left boot which have been repaired with some kind of glue or resin compound. The boots could easily be resoled/re-heeled by a good cobbler if required. The fur linings are a bit soiled and there is some moulting at the upper edges of the boots. Further moulting is evident in the leg areas. Insoles absent. These have a few issues but are still a good used pair and display very well. Stock code B22091.
