Size 9. Private purchase 1936 pattern flying boots. Made to the same pattern as the 'official' issue variety but in a stippled rather than smooth finished hide. The leather is in excellent overall condition bar light scuffing and surface marks. Good straps and buckles. Original leather soles & rubber heelplates show wear but are undamaged. Very good fur linings complete with insoles, puller tags and labels 'Style U669G, Size 9'. An excellent used pair of boots at about one third the price of an equivalent Air Ministry marked pair.
