Leather notecase approximately 42.5 x 30.5cm with a zip fastener around 3 sides. Gold embossed to one side 'PILOTS NAVIGATION KIT, AIR FORCE, UNITED STATES ARMY'. Various fabric pockets inside intended for maps, papers, the E-6B computer, pencils and other navigational equipment. The leather is in good condition bar a few scuffs and wear/rubbing around the edges - see photographs. Original Conmar zip is in good working order but the last section of zip tape has split so it is best not to close the fastener all the way around the case. The lining has some stains/marking but is in good overall condition. Named to owner. Stock code M22287.
