Set of 7 colour negatives - large format, each approximately 12 x 10cm. Two feature an enlisted AAF man in uniform standing in a park in England in front of beds of flowering rhododendrons. There is a visible AAF patch, corporal stripes and ribbons for the American Defense and European Theatre of Operations medals. The remaining five negatives are of the same park but don't feature any people. The figure is believed to be Corporal Kalix A Doron (ASN 11030785). Doron was a photographer with the 8th AAF (Middle Wallop). The negatives are in very good condition in original greasepaper sleeves. A (modern) print has been developed from each negative and these are included in the sale as well as the 1943 dated card film box named to Doron and passed by the Censors for ETO/USA use.
