By the Swan Shoe Co. Inc. Size medium. The leather is in good condition, quite clean and supple. There is some minor wear and the straps have surface cracking. Some of the press studs have verdigris deposits. Good Bennett type buckle but the chinstrap has some surface cracking but does retain the metal end tip. The lining has average soiling and is named to W.O. J.P. Whitehead, marked with a USAAF embroidered label and AAF ink stamp. Fitted with matched ANB-H-1 receivers by The Rola Company Inc. but is not wired. A wiring loom and jackplug can be supplied at extra cost if required. Fitted with a 'flat' hook, stitched into position so it is ready to be fitted/worn with an oxygen mask. This is the early war variant with elasticated section at the nape of the neck and non-reinforced oxygen mask press studs. A good used example. Stock code H20445.
