United States Navy M-450 summer flying helmet in unlined light tan coloured cotton. This example is fitted with pressed leather earcups and chinpad. The cotton is in excellent condition and has the owner's name ' Garner B.W.' inked down the rear goggle strap. The chinpad and associated buckles are both very good as are the inner velveteen pads. Unfortunately the leather earcups have wear and damage. Displays well. Stock code H23612.
