By Windak. Pale green cotton mask/hood. Held to the early pattern C-type flying helmet using the front goggle straps & press studs to the rear. Zipped to one side for a snug fit & with hole at the front to allow the oxygen tube to pass through. Other than light soiling and some verdigris on the back of the press studs this is in excellent used condition. Pictured in Mick Prodger`s Vintage headgear book, p.205. Used by rear gunners in particular although these saw limited service use. Stock code H14387.
