RAF Issued Water Sterilizing Tablets

Small tin with hinged lid, approx. 6 x 6 x 2.5cm. Contains two glass bottles each labelled '50 Sterlising Tablets'. Both bottles appear to have a reasonable quantity remaining (note the bottles do not match and one should contain blue 'Thio' tablets). Instructions for use are printed to the innerside of the lid. These were mainly issued to aircrews in the Far East in conjunction with survival kits and the Lightweight Tropical 'Beadon' flying suit. Stock code S16128.
