Pack, Raft, Pneumatic, Type C-2. Spec. No. 40725. By Anderson Rubber Company. For containing the one-man C-2 survival life raft. Based on the RAF type C pack this is manufactured in OD canvas in 2 separate sections. Has large cadmium plated snap hooks for attaching to the parachute harness (back, chest & technically seat types) and internal pockets for carrying various accessories. Light storage and wear marks - mainly to the base (see photos). Lots of issue marks/stamps and June 1945 manufacture date. Very good overall condition. Stock code S18031A.
