By Merrythought. Superb wartime doll standing approx. 42cm tall and dressed in battledress trousers, jacket and field service cap. Felt hands and with a hand painted cloth head. Black velvet boots. Similar in style to those designed by Norah Wellings during the same period. There is some general staining and light moth damage to the felt on the hands and ears. A superb period item.
