Olive drab @APOS@chocolate@APOS@ felt cap with dark leather bill and front strap. Good clean condition. Minor moth nips to crown and side but nothing serious (see photos.) Single-piece brass badge with screw post back. The bill/peak and front strap have surface marking and cracks but remain sound. The inner leather band is good although soiled and is partly unstitched - an easy repair if required. It also has what appears to be a faded/blurry British War Deparment type stamp to the rear. Brown satin lining with silk label. A nice example of a rare English made 8th/9th AAF cap in a decent size. Stock code U18108.
