R.A.F. B-type Flying Helmet

SOLD

Code: SOLD-853

Label removed but almost certainly manufactured by Frank Bryan. Approx. size 3. The overall appearance is good to very good. The leather is supple with good original finish although lighly scuffed in places. Both zipped earpieces are equally good with working original zips c/w original leather tag on the right side. Both rubber receiver carriers are still in position. The chinstrap retains the metal end piece but has a small @APOS@nick@APOS@ towards the tip (see photo). The backstraps are all very good. Both Bennett buckles are excellent and c/w full leather covering. Internally the chamois has just average soiling with more at the forehead, back of the neck and chamois donuts as usual. No internal markings visible. Unwired. Wiring, receivers, microphones and jackplugs can be supplied at extra cost if required. Overall this is a very good used helmet. Please note that it is photographed with rubber cushions inside the earpieces - these are not included in the sale. Stock code H17407.
