Stores Ref. 22/897. One of the classic @APOS@Battle of Britain@APOS@ pattern goggles. The frame is in good condition with just a little rubbing and brass showing through. All of the frame screws are original and both of the frame @APOS@stops@APOS@ are in place. The leather surrounds are very good and the internal padding is better than most pairs we@APOS@ve handled. The lenses too are better than most with only light marking and scratching. The strap springs are complete/very good and the leather strap is good, and fully R.C.A.F. stamped with a clear 1942 date. Exactly the same as the Air Ministry marked ones but cheaper! Very good used goggles. Stock code G14604.
