Stores ref. 27C/2083.  Orange rubber hand bellows for keeping a dinghy 'topped-up' once inflated with the integral CO2 cartridge. Simple concertina type bellows with integral rubberized fabric handles. In unissued condition.  Copiously dusted in chalk, well marked and with original stores tag and box of issue dated July 1945.
