Royal Naval / FAA Petty Officer's Cap

Chief Petty Officer rank cap by Rawcliffe's Ltd. of Southport, Leeds and Blackpool.  Unsized.  Reasonably clean but is peppered with smallish moth holes and moth trailing within the pile of the wool.  The bullion badge, mohair band and leather chinstrap are all quite good.  The lining is soiled and the rear of the cap requires some restitching.  Purple satin lining with manufacturer's details and remnants of a greasecloth. Named to owner.   A well used slgihtly tatty example but  it does display well.  Stock code U20179.
