Size 4 - fits me easily and I'm around 6'2", 38/40"chest. Royal Australian Air Force version of the early wartime Sidcot suit. Essentially the same suit as the standard RAF 1930 pattern but produced in a heavier guage rubberised cotton. The material is quite crumpled but has relatively minor soiling and only a few small holes and a small tear where the belt is sewn at one end (see photos). The suit retains the fur lined pockets, belt, cloth hanger, 1943 dated cloth label and all of its buttons. All zips are original and in good working condition. The lining is also in very good clean condition. Complete with correct 1930 pattern collar in good condition. Overall this is a very good used example of the scarce 1930 pattern 'Battle of Britain' suit. A cheaper alternative to buying the virtually identical RAF version. Please note that the darker/more green photos are a better representation of the colour. Stock code S20576.
