RAF C-type Flying Helmet, Late pattern

Stores Ref. 22c/880, Size 4. The leather is in very good condition, completely supple and clean with much of the original chromed finish remaining. All straps are good and retain most of the original coatings on the press studs. The lining has less than average soiling - more on the donuts and nape of the neck as usual.  The lining also has names/ink marks.  The rubber receiver carriers are excellent and reasonably flexible.  The chinstrap retains quite good colour and elasticity. Fully wired with a light tan coloured loom, 10A/13466 receivers and early brown cased bell jackplug. A very good used example. Stock code H21193.
