USN Aviators Flight Log Books

NAVAER-4111.  Aviators Flight Log Book.  These belonged to a Lt. George R Clark of the USN.  The first entries begin in October 1944 with flying training in New Orleans, LA, later in Dallas, Texas and Squantum, Massachusetts. Entries continue until early 1950.  The rear of the book has Clark's flight clothing record sheet pasted in along with an unused accident & flight rule violation record sheet.  The second log begins in July 1950 and continues with just a few flights recorded each month or so until 1959.  There are then a few more entries for 1977, 1986, 1988, 1991, 1995 & 1998.  The rear pages detail his flight clothing record (gloves, suit, jacket, headset, shoes etc.  There are also a couple of flight data sheets c.1958 & and unused accident & flight rule violation sheet.
