RAF 1943 Pattern Flying Boots, S8

The wartime 'escape' pattern flying boot.  Approximately size 8.  The suede uppers are excellent with only a little rubbing and soiling.   Both zips are good and War Department broad arrow marked.  The shoe sections are very good and retain original soles and heels (showing wear).  The fur linings are a little grubby and have just minor moulting at the top edges and rear of the zip opening. Complete with insoles.  Each boot has some kind of 'clamping' indentation at the sides of the heel and foot - see photos. Overall a very good '+' used pair.  Stock code B20193.
