USAAF 'used' pocket compass

By Wittnauer. Circular compass in a white metal casing. Approximately 45mm diameter with hinged lid and ring for a lanyard or strap. A small push-button opens the compass lid to reveal the compass markings and swinger. Light wear.  Stamped 'U.S'.  With original cotton pouch. The lid doesn't spring open quite as 'cleanly' as it should but this is a minor issue and the compass is in good '+' used condition overall.  These were included in the B-1, B-2, B-4, E-5 , E-10 and F-1 emergency kits.
