Stores reference 22c/167. The frame is in very good condition but has minor distortion around the 'window' openings and light paint loss. The nosepiece leather and backing chamois are both good. As usual, the original rubber facepads are hard, crusty and mishaped. Fitted with a reasonable pair of clear lenses. These are undamaged but do have some delamination marks. The large loops forming part of the strap are good but stained and with minor loss of the covering. The stap springs appear to be broken/disconnected but the appearance is reasonable. The leather strap has surface cracking and wear. With Air Ministry markings. No flipshield fitted. Fair used overall. Stock code G20185.
