USN AN6540 flying helmet

By Slote & Klein.  Size large.  The leather is in excellent condition, lovely and supple with full chromed finish remaining.  'USN' stamped into the leather at the back of the helmet.  All straps are equally good and the press studs retains all of their original coatings.  The chamois lining is beautifully soft and clean with only minor marking on the 'donut' earpieces.  The 'inner' chamois part of one donut is a bit ragged  - see photographs.  Manufacturer and size labelled.  Retains silk drawstrings.  Excellent strap with chocolate brown velvet pad.  No facilities for oxygen equipment.  Wired with a standard 'Y' loom (minor fraying of sheathing in one place), matched ANB-H-1 receivers by Utah and a PL-354 jackplug.  An excellent unused example.  Stock code H14167.
