Sweater, Mechanic's, Worsted, OD, Type A-1. Size 38 (physically measures about 36" before 'stretching'). Dark green V-necked worsted wool sweater. Issued to groundcrew but also widely used by aircrew. This example has light soiling, fairly minor pulled stitches and a couple of smallish darned areas (see photographs). Quite rare to find. Reproductions are now widely offered so nice to get an original. In very good overall condition. Stock code U22346.
