Studio portrait of a young RAF officer in service dress with his flight engineer and pathfinder insignia clearly shown.    He appears to be wearing the Africa star ribbon (that was first awarded in 1943).  Mounted, framed and glazed.  Overall size approximately 27 x 37cm.   The image size is approximately 14.5 x 19.5cm.  Good clear image.  The mount is signed 'W Elsmore, 152 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow'.  The frame moulding is wood with a 'silvered' finish.  Some soiling/foxing on the mount and light frame wear.  Great original display piece.  Stock code NIV-P2.
