Manufactured by the Northern Electric Company.  Size large (9 - 10).  A heated shoe/flying boot insert for use in the A-6 and A-6A boots in conjunction with F-2 and F-3 flying suits.  Excellent, unissued condition.  Army Air Force stamped/labelled.  Stock code B23213.
