Luftwaffe single-zip flying boots

Size 27.5 (8) and measure approximately 30cm from toe to heel (externally).  Single zip flying boots manufactured with a fleece lined chromed black leather lower section and 'raw' unfinished suede above.  Fitted with the usual foot strap and another adjustable strap around the top of the boot.  Full length 'Zipp' branded zip fasteners complete with leather puller tabs.   Exceptionally good one piece rubber sold/heels.  There is some corrosion on the strap adjusters but only minor marking and storage wear on the leather and suede.  Lovely clean linings and insoles.  The W.O. marked soles are superb and the boots have clearly never been worn.  Labelled.   They would appear to be of mid-war construction with colour/size matched suede upper panels and nickel plated buckles and zips.  Later boots feature an increased number of panels and plastic zips.  Quite simply the nicest pair we have ever had.  Stock code B22924.
