RAF C-type flying helmet, late pattern

Stores reference 22c/878, size 2 (6^7/8- 7). The leather is supple, clean and in excellent overall condition. All goggle straps are very good and the press studs retain some of their original coatings. The lining is complete/undamaged and really quite clean with less than average soiling. It is marked with size details and an A.I.D. stamp. Both rubber receiver carriers are excellent and fully flexible. The chinstrap is a bit faded and retains only a little elasticity. Wired with a light tan coloured loom, type 32 (10A/13466) receivers and brown cased bell jackplug. An excellent lightly used helmet. Stock code H23434.
