RAF bomber command raid interpretation report No. K.S.1598. Covers the period up to 3 February 1945 for reconstruction of the Dortmund Ems canal embankment at Ladbergen (near Munster), Germany. One foolscap sheet giving a statement of reconstruction and noting that the canal was still 100% non-operational but reconstruction and repairs to be very far advanced. Comes with an associated air/ground reconnaisance photograph (23 x 18.5cm) taken by 542 Squadron, showing the site and bomb damage. The paperwork is dog-eared/creased with small tears, annotations etc. Interesting original documents relating to bomber command sorties over Germany during the last months of the war.
