Air League Empire Air Day 'tinny' pin badge approximately 15mm diameter and pin fixing.  Has the Air League 'eagle' and wording "Air League Empire Air Day" in white on a pale blue background.   Empire Air Days (airshows) were held by the League on an annual basis between 1934 and 1939 as one of its key ventures to 'get the public inside aviation' and provide 'an insight into everday life in the RAF'.  Shows age and wear but in quite good used condition.  Stock code U23870.
