RAF 'private purchase' 1936 pattern flying boots

Size 11.  Private purchase 1936 pattern flying boots.  Made to the same pattern as the 'official' issue variety but in a stippled rather than smooth finished hide.  The leather is in good to very good overall condition bar light scuffing and surface marks.  Good straps and buckles. Original leather soles - both worn but in sound condition.   One heelplate is missing but this would be a simple task for a cobbler.  Very good fur linings and complete with puller tags and labels" style U6690, Size 11".  A very good used pair of boots in a large size. About one third the price of an  equivalent Air Ministry marked pair.  Stock code B23631.
