RAF Tangmere operations room 'relic'

Varnished solid wood 'box' approximately 35.5 x 45.5 x 7.5cm.  Painted to the front 'D.P.65'.  With cut-outs for cables on the base.  This is the fuze box cover from the operations room at Tangmere Battle of Britain fighter station in West Sussex.  The sign was acquired by us from the son of the 'After the Battle' editor who removed it when researching for their publications in the 1970s.  It shows wear and use but is perfectly sound and comes with one original ceramic fuze.  Your chance to own a unique piece of this famous RAF station.  Stock code M23413.
