WW2 Spitfire Fund badge

White metal badge with printed paper design and celluloid film covering.  Pin backed. Approximately 25mm diameter.  Illustrated with a blue Spitfire fighter and wording 'SPITFIRE FUND'.  Individually marked with a unique serial number, '64719' in this case.  Light soiling and wear but in very good used condition.  Lapel badges such as this were sold during WW2 in return for a donation towards the funding/purchase of a Spitfire.  Stock code M22405.
