(WAR) 2nd Edition dated 1940.  1 : 500,000.  Linen backed paper.  Approximately 197 x 70 cm.  Shows the Eastern coastline of England from around Hull down to London and also the Dutch coastline.  Marked with wartime air bases operational at the time including Northolt, Hendon, Hornchurch, North Weald, Duxford, Debden, Mildenhall, Cranwell, Leconfield etc.  Folded/creased. Some soiling, dog-eared corners and small edge tears.  Reasonably good used.   Named to a Sgt. Edwards and has some flight routes marked in pencil. Stock code P24463.
