USAAF / RAF 'used' HS-33 headset with T-17 microphone

A very unusual aircrew headset  comprised of an AAF HB-7 headband, low impedance ANB-H-1 receivers by Best Mfg. Co. fitted with a pair of MX-41/AR  rubber cushions.  The headset is wired with an early fully rounded RAF pink flecked light tan coloured loom,  RAF black cased bell jackplug and a T-17B 'lollipop' microphone by Shure, the latter fitted with a side-mounted SW-109 switch. The leather on the headband shows wear but otherwise in very good used condition.  It is assumed that this rare set-up would have been used by flying boat crews.  Stock code H24585.
